responsible for any amount not covered by your insurance.

Capital One Healthcare Finance is a convenient, no initial payment,
low monthly payment plan for dental treatments of $1,000 to $25,000.

Unicorn Financial
is in business to help patients by providing financing for cosmetic
and elective surgery through their
participating provider network.
You can choose an extended payment plan or you can enjoy the option
of having to pay no interest at all with Unicorn’s Same as
Cash financing of 12, 18 or even 24 months interest free!
Unicorn has a short application and you can apply right from our
office. Unicorn responds with a credit decision in minutes. Once
you’re approved, you have 60 days to schedule
and complete your initial procedure.
Insurance
Our office accepts most PPO policies. In the event that we are not a provider
affiliated with your insurance company, our office will gladly submit any
dental claim on your behalf. When treatment is presented, you will be given an
insurance estimate for reimbursement. Please remember that it is only an
estimate and it is not a guarantee of payment until the claim is submitted and
