When Dr. Ahmed started his practice in 1996, he wanted to create an
office environment that was both welcoming and comfortable to his patients.
Based on our guests’ comments, we think he succeeded. Our patients
always comment on how quiet and relaxing our office is. Everyone on our
team is eager to help you whether you have questions about your teeth
or an insurance matter you need to resolve. We’re a paperless office
so we are always able to access your medical information immediately.
Nadeem M. Ahmed, D.M.D.
 Hi, I'm Dr. Nadeem Ahmed, founder of Smile Solutions. My philosophy of practice
stems from a desire to provide unparalleled personal service for you, the patient.
I was born in Huddersfield, England. Upon completing my high school education in
the United Kingdom in 1986, I came to the United States on August 27th 1987. I
completed my Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Barry University in Miami Shores,
Florida in 1991. I also had the opportunity to study undergraduate courses in International
Business at University College London, and I also studied Psychology at Oxford University England.
Starting my formal dental education, I had the opportunity to study at Loyola University
of Chicago College of Dentistry. Desiring to live and practice in Orlando, Florida, I graduated
with Honors with a Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree from the University of Florida College of
Dentistry (GO GATORS!) in 1996. Since that time, I have exclusively served the Central Florida community.
Continuing my education, I have become an Invisalign® (straightening teeth without
braces) certified provider. Also, having the desire to provide the highest level of quality
cosmetic dentistry, I became an LVI (Las
Vegas Institute) Preferred Dentist. This is the
premier elite organization involved in cosmetic dentistry today.
From the beginning of my dental career, I have been a member of organized dentistry with
memberships and affiliations including the American Dental Association and the Florida Dental
Association. And, on the local level, I am also a member of the Dental Society of Greater Orlando.
After hours, I enjoy volunteering within my community through such activities as teaching
at local elementary schools and coaching a junior soccer team. In addition, I am the resident
dental expert on the "Ask the Experts" program on AM 580 WDBO (see radio show archives
in the Smile Resources section of the website). I also enjoy a variety of interests with my
wife, Katherine, and four children, including boating, jet-skiing, wakeboarding, radio control
motor sports, motorcycling, swimming, and soccer.
My goal is to provide you, the current or potential patient, with an experience that leaves
you feeling informed, hopeful, and inspired to make your smile as beautiful as YOU want it to
be. This is accomplished through focused attention to your desires and needs. I encourage you
to stop by and meet me personally, as well as to tour our facility and to meet the rest of our
Smile Solutions team.
Tearsa M. Smith
 My name is Tearsa Smith and I am a Patient Coordinator at Smile Solutions. My job is to coordinate every aspect of our current, future, and potential patients’ experience here at Smile Solutions. This includes answering all questions and being with our patient every step of their experience at Smile Solutions, from completing their new patient paperwork, to coordinating their treatment, to presenting their financial options, and to treatment care follow-up and recall.
I have over 12 years of experience in the dental field. I was born in Carson City, Michigan and in my spare time I enjoy bowling, pool, reading, cross-stitching, singing, and spending quality time with my husband, Brad, and my daughter, Mikayla.
One of the things I enjoy the most about dentistry is helping patients feel better about themselves by being a part of a team that delivers amazing dental results. Our team at Smile Solutions is made up of caring staff dedicated to patient service and providing the best quality dental treatment. Doris Irizarry
 My name is Doris Irizarry and I am a dental hygienist
at Smile Solutions. I was born and raised in New York City and practiced as a dental hygienist in midtown Manhattan for 18 years before moving to Orlando in 2005. I have been married for 20 years and have one son who is 17 and still my sunshine.
On my leisure time I enjoy cooking, eating, baking,
bicycling, playing reacquetball, bowling, quilting, and watching Survivor. I have one big 12 year old dog ( she's like the daughter I never had) and one 7 year old chinchilla.
What I enjoy most about working at Smile Solutions is
that we have an awesome team that shares the commitment that our care should be comprehensive, compassionate, courteous, and responsive to your individual needs and preferences.

Josephine Krinsky, C.D.A.
My name is Jo Krinsky. I am a dental assistant at Smile Solutions. I have over 23 years of experience as a dental assistant and during these years, I performed as Head Assistant for two of the most prestigious doctors in Manhattan, one of them being “the dentist to the stars” on Madison Avenue and the President of Cosmetic Dentistry. I was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. and in my spare time I like to spend time with my daughter, three cats, one dog, and my many brothers and sisters. I also enjoy cooking, dancing, and arts and crafts.
The thing I like the most about working at Smile Solutions is the fact that I enjoy working with the best team and the fact that Dr. Ahmed’s dentistry truly amazes me! Our team is warm and wonderful, and I feel blessed to be a part of it. I feel that anyone coming to Smile Solutions can be assured of having the best quality of dentistry performed.
